Meet Our Founder
Natalie (Rast) Brill
An experienced People Leader for over a decade, my diverse industry acumen across consumer, wellness and tech has given me a unique perspective on effectively creating and scaling people-first cultures. After launching my career at Warby Parker, I joined Y7 Yoga as the first HR hire and built out the People function from the ground up, growing the team from 100-340 employees, scaling to 15 studios across the US and helping to land them on Inc. Magazine’s 2018 Fastest Growing Companies list & cover story. I was then recruited to lead People Operations at Stensul, a SaaS Martech company, and helped drive significant improvements in their culture and hiring strategies.

While in many ways fulfilled by these roles, I had an inkling I could do more to effect change across the start-up ecosystem. What if there was a way to assist with the transformation of more than one organization? I was thus inspired to start Human Quotient, with a mission of enabling founders to create intentional, people-first cultures from Day 1.

My love for Human Resources is rooted in the belief that work should be a place where we thrive both professionally and personally. We spend a significant portion of our lives at work, and I am dedicated to making that time meaningful.
